Phanindra Jujjavarapu, CEO, Chariman and Founder of RedShift Networks, is leading the rapid and dynamic growth of the company and the strategic positioning and migration of new technologies into RedShift Networks highly successful solutions portfolio and is also responsible for the development of the technology and architecture. Mr. Jujjavarapu is the driving force for engineering across international cross-functional teams. Since Mr. Jujjavarapu began his work with RedShift Network he has expanded the RedShift Networks product suite with three new, first to market product solutions and is one of the key contributors responsible for two of the patents approved under the RedShift Networks name.
Mr. Jujjavarapu brings more than 20 years of industry experience including, hands on executive engineering, management of software development operations across international cross-functional teams in startups and in leading technology companies.
Phanindra Jujjavarapu held the VP of Engineering at IPInfusion (sold to Access), and Founding CEO and VP of Software Engineering at Maple Optical Systems. Prior to this Mr. Jujjavarapu was in engineering management roles at Ascend Communications (bought by Lucent), Cisco Systems, Excelan (sold to Novell) and National Semiconductor.
Mr. Jujjavarapu received MS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
Raymond (Ray) Muscatell, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RedShift Networks leads the global sales team and is responsible for sales, sales strategy, revenue and market-share goals for RedShift Networks product portfolio. Mr. Muscatell is successfully growing and strengthening RedShift Networks presence in terms of direct partnerships and indirect strategic relationships. These efforts are enabling the carriers and their partners to seamlessly integrate the most feature rich security solution for protecting cloud-based VoIP networks.
Mr. Muscatell has over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, product management, manufacturing and engineering development in leading technology companies including the security, analytics, networking and communications space. Most of that time was focused on helping early stage companies grow their business. Prior to joining RedShift Networks, he held senior level sales, engineering, and business development positions with an impressive series of successful organizations, including BBN Systems and Technologies (acquired by GTE), Zettics, Agilis International (acquired by Infogix), NMS Communications, Excel Switching, Brooktrout Technology and SnowShore Networks (all acquired by Dialogic), Proteon (acquired by NX Networks) and Golden-Gate Technologies (acquired by iCelerate).
Mr. Muscatell holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business and an M.B.A. degree from Suffolk University Sawyer School of Business in Boston.
Srinivas is a seasoned technology and product executive with 25+ years experience building and delivering cutting-edge solution in the Enterprise, Security, Data & AI and Cloud Infrastructures at both, leading start-upds and large corporations.
Previously, he served as the CTO of IBMPublic Cloud Intrastructure, Platform & Security services, whee he was responsible for driving their public cloud and ecosystem initiatives.
Before that, he was an EIR at Foundatin Capital, a leading venture capital firm. He also held positions as the VP of Technology at NASD AQ-listed company BLOX, where he spearheaded new security technology and product inititatives. In addition, he was the Director of Advanced Technology at VMW/Determina and prior as Chief Architect as Barracuda Networks, a leader in web application security.
Srinivas has co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed technical, product and research publications and holds six patents and two defined standards.
He earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Jim Zeitlin serves as Vice President of Operations for RedShift Networks. In this capacity, Mr. Zeitlin is responsible for overseeing the Company’s internal operations, pre-sales support, professional services, technical & customer support, and trade compliance. Mr. Zeitlin has proven instrumental in the success of RedShift Networks’ UCTM product rollouts in the operator customer sector, both in the US and in Latin America.
Prior to assuming the role as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Zeitlin served as a senior business advisor to RedShift Networks, during which time he worked to establish the initial relationships with major manufactures in the telecom service provider industry including Plantronics Polycom, Broadsoft and Genband.
Related experience includes over 20 years in executive management and product engineering in several renowned companies, including telecom and manufacturing in the emerging ISP, Voice and Video industry. Jim was most recently CEO/Founder of FourTen Systems, a startup in the video space, and CEO/President at Klamath Networks. Prior to that Jim was CTO at VPackets and an EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence) at the VC firm Sevin Rosen. Jim was also one of the first employees at Ascend Communications, rising to the rank of General Manager of their Internet/CLEC Business Unit. And further, Senior Vice President at Lucent Technologies, as well as previous roles with the CLEC Group and with Sun Communications, where he also represented the Internetworking group on the Bell Labs CTO committee.
He is also President of VCP Investments – a commercial real estate investment firm where he owns and operates a substantial portfolio.
Mr. Zeitlin studied Physics at the University of California Berkeley.

Jim is adynamic, adaptive executive and has been in the San Francisco Bay Area working both in public and private technology companies since 1985. He has focused on enterprise software and has spent most of his career in networking, security, storage, and compute infrastructure. As infrastructure became virtualized and transitioned to the cloud, he built enterprise software-based businesses in including security, cloud-based and hosted infrastructure (IaaS), software defined data center (SDDC), containers, and micro services. Most recently he was engaged with a start-up in Data Science leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has successfully built and turned around businesses, created sustained growth and taken share in a mix of market conditions. He has raised over $140M in private capital and has executed on both the buy and sell side of acquisitions. Most notably, he held CEO roles at Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet) Trapeze Networks (acquired by Belden) and built Blue Coat’s Cloud based security business (acquired by Broadcom).
Jim holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nevada and an MBA from Santa Clara University, where he is active as a mentor/advisor for their Bronco Venture Accelerator (BVA).
